How to assemble :
1. Put insert into body and install stationary blade first
2. Install the rotating blade in the same manner
3. Twist the locking ring back onto the body until you hear 3 clicks.
How to use ?
1. Remove top from herb grinder
2. Remove thoroughly dry herbs from their stem and place into either side of the insert
3. Replace top into the body
4. Firmly grip the body with one hand and the top with the other hand.Hold the herb grinder over a container to collect the herbs
5. While gently applying downward force,twist the top in a back-and-forth motion.A built-in stop will let you know when to change directions.The top will only twist 180 degrees.
